My Story
I became a dietitian because I wanted to help people feel better in their bodies. But it wasn’t until I was personally navigating an endometriosis diagnosis — the pain, the surgeries, the recovery, the “your labs look fine” — that I truly understood what my clients actually needed.
Not another generic low-FODMAP handout. Not a 1,200-calorie meal plan. Real answers. Real support. Someone who treats your body like it’s worth figuring out.
I specialize in working with people dealing with both simple and complex health conditions. I take an anti-inflammatory, root-cause approach — looking at your labs, your history, your lifestyle, and your goals — and build a plan that actually fits your life.
I’ve been there. And I know how to help you get from surviving to thriving.
